Capacitation of 90 Manufacturing Hubs Beneficiaries

Overview

Capacitation and capacity-building training services for three communities to establish 90 Manufacturing Hubs Beneficiaries, delivered over six months. Bids are invited from training providers with SETA accreditation, QCTO or professional registration, and demonstrated capacity in training delivery, reporting, and local economic development.

Requirements

• Project leader must hold a Diploma or degree in Project Management, Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• The project team must include SETA accreditation (or equivalent), QCTO or professional registration, and CVs with clear roles; evidence of relevant training experience.
• Deliverables include inception, mid-line implementation and final reports, training materials, certificates, and monitoring/results reporting.
• Compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN), CSD number (or TCS), VAT registration if applicable, MBD 1/4/6.1/6.2/9, BBBEE status verification, rates clearance, and clearance of municipal accounts.
• The contract may include a Service Level Agreement and penalties for delays or non-performance.
