Overview

CapeNature requires a managed print service for its Cape Town office, regional offices, landscape offices and reserve locations/ remote worksites, for a period of three years. Bidders should have capabilities in managed print services (print fleet management, supply of consumables, print management software, multi-site support) and meet SA procurement requirements (CSD registration, tax clearance, B-BBEE documentation).

Requirements

• Fill in and sign the written contract form (WBD7); bids on official forms only. (WCNCB 07092026 - Printers.pdf)
• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide mandatory info; submit a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit. Each party in a consortium/joint venture must provide separate B-BBEE/TCS as applicable.
• Tax compliance: obtain/submit Tax Clearance Certificate (original) and, if applicable, use e-Filing per SARS rules. (Tax requirements)
• Provide pricing via the Pricing Schedule; bid validity is 90 days from closing date; include proposed machines and Print Management Software costs. (Part C)
