Requirements

• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with current CSD report; include CSD number.
• Tax Clearance Certificate.
• BBBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
• Vehicle/service to be delivered to ARC- Onderstepoort Veterinary Institute, 100 Old Soutpan Road.
• Clear warranty/guarantee terms; provide evidence of relevant experience if service is required.
• Quotes must be on official letterhead, inclusive of VAT and delivery/insurance costs; ARC may benchmark prices and require due diligence.
• ARC reserves the right to accept/reject terms and to verify information.
