Requirements

• Valid full CSD registration
• Completed and signed Declarations (MBD1-9)
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or printed printout
• Certificate of Acceptability (CoA)
• Letter confirming no undisputed municipal accounts overdue by more than 30 days (with proof)
• Tax clearance: original TCC certificate or PIN; separate certificates for consortia/joint ventures
• For foreign bidders: complete Part B3; ensure registration where applicable
• Specific goals verification documents (for 90/10 or 80/20 preferences): youth ownership (4 points), women ownership (6), disability ownership (2), black ownership (8)

How to Apply

• Submission method: hand delivery to the bid box; no fax/email accepted
• Documents to submit: MBD1-9 forms, pricing schedule (MBD3.1), tax clearance (TCC/PIN/CSD as required), CoA, and the municipal accounts letter
• Pre-qualifications: valid CSD, SARS TCS PIN, tax clearance; ensure separate documents for each party if a consortium
