Procurement of catering services for a Council Strategic Session for 20 attendees at Artscape Theatre on 12 October 2026. Suitable bidders are event/corporate caterers able to provide full day service, including beverages, breakfast items, a lunch set, desserts, and event-serviceware, with requirements for BBBEE certification, Halal certification, and VAT-inclusive pricing. Requirements

• BBBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit
• SARS number and SARS status PIN
• Halal Certificate
• Complete attached forms: SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8, SBD9
• Prices must be firm and VAT inclusive
• Agreement to Government Procurement GCC of July 2010
• Service provider must supply all cutlery, crockery, serviettes, drinking glasses, etc., and set up timeously (by 09:30)
• Evaluation uses 80/20 system (Price = 80; Specific Goals = 20) with BBEE points applicable
