Overview

Catering services for Swartland Service Excellence Awards are being procured by Swartland Municipality under an informal tender. Quotations are sought from suitably experienced service providers to supply catering for the awards event. Documents can be obtained from Jo-Maré van der Westhuizen (vanderwesthuizenj@swartland.org.za, 022-487-9700); hard copies incur a R102 non-refundable fee, electronic tender documents are available on request at no charge. Quotations in a sealed envelope, marked “Informal Tender SCM80/26/27 – Catering Services for Swartland Service Excellence Awards”, must be deposited in the tender box at the Municipal Head Offices, cnr Kerk and Voortrekker Street, Malmesbury, before 11h00 on 15 October 2026. Late, electronic or faxed tenders will not be accepted. Tenders are evaluated under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Policy.

Requirements

• Complete Annexure MBD 6.1 to qualify for BBBEE benefits; preference points claimed in paragraph 6.1.
• Submit original or certified B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate(s) or certified copies.
• Submit Proof of Locality to claim locality points.
• Tender may only be submitted on the issued tender document; subject to General Conditions and any applicable Special Conditions.
