Requirements

• Valid Food Premises Certificate (in the bidding company name) issued by the Municipality (special condition). Annexure A also specifies a required food/health certificate.
• Compliance documents: completed and signed SBDs (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and CSD report; supplier information and banking details.
• Tax/compliance: ensure tax compliance (TCS PIN or provide CSD number); unique SARS PIN or CSD MA AA number as applicable; if a JV/consortium, each party must have separate TCS/CSD.
• Preference points: ability to claim specific goals (more than 50% ownership by Black people, Women, or people with disabilities) with required proof (ownership certificates, medical certificate for disability, SANAS/CIPC BBBEE documentation).
• Submissions must be on official letterhead, include VAT where applicable, and reflect accurate banking details.
• Annexure A specifies the 30 June 2026 delivery details and menu for 100 pax.
