Overview

Provision of Solar Powered Borehole Drilling and Equipping in Kana, Gokwe. TelOne Zimbabwe invites bids from bidders with borehole drilling, solar PV, pumping and water-supply capabilities to deliver a turnkey solar-powered borehole project (Kana, Gokwe). Eligible bidders should have corporate registration, tax clearance, CR6 (directors), and be able to deliver within 30 days of contract signing.

Requirements

• 60-day bid validity; 1 original + 2 copies; table of contents with marked pages
• At least three written reference letters for similar services
• Completed Bid Submission Sheet and Bid Securing Declaration (Annex F)
• Copies of Current Tax Clearance, CR6 (Directors), Certificate of Incorporation
• Compliance with all mandatory technical and administrative requirements; no more than one bid per bidder
• Eligibility: legal capacity, not insolvent or in suspension, tax/social security compliance, no conflicts/debarment
• Technical: must meet Annex D specifications; country of origin acceptable; VAT status
• Delivery: 30 days from contract signing; delivery per Annex C
• Insurance, 10% performance security, 12-month warranty
• Liquidated damages: 0.5% of contract price per week, max 10%
• Payment terms: 30 days; price must be in US$, VAT included if applicable
• Prohibition of corrupt practices; GCC applicable with any Special Conditions (Annex E)
