Overview

Supply, installation and commissioning of a lightning protection and earthing system for telecom sites. Open tender issued by TelOne Zimbabwe; site visits are mandatory. Bids must be submitted by 23 July 2026 (closing), with bid opening via Google Meet (link on request).

Requirements

• Mandatory site visit: Friday 17 July 2026 at Msasa RLU, 10:00 (coordinate with Eng. David Chikoani). (Tender Document)
• Mandatory bid contents: Bid Submission Sheet, Statement of Requirements, 60-day bid validity, Bid Securing Declaration, at least three client references, technical design drawings, and copies of Current Tax Clearance, VAT certificate, CR6, and Certificate of Incorporation.
• Eligibility: legal capacity to contract, no insolvency/debarment, tax and social security compliance, no conflicts of interest. Origin of goods: eligible country; currency: US$.
• Technical: must meet IEC 62305-3 (Class II) and NFPA 780; ground resistance < 5 Ohms; complete datasheets and literature to prove compliance.
• Delivery and pricing: delivery within 4 weeks; prices in US$, including applicable taxes and duties as specified.
• Evaluation: preliminary compliance, technical compliance, and lowest evaluated bid; life-cycle and spare parts considerations.
