Overview

Procurement of 200 rolls of WARNING TAPE YELLOW (500m each), LDPE, 170mm wide, 0.2mm thick with durable printed markings, to be delivered to the final destination. Suitable for warning-tape suppliers/manufacturers with proven track record, including at least three client reference letters, samples or brochures, and evidence of the required registrations (Tax Clearance, VAT, CR6/CR14, Certificate of Incorporation). Bidder must demonstrate delivery capability (delivery within 14 days after order) and bid validity of 60 days.

Requirements

• 200 rolls of 500m warning tape; yellow LDPE; 170mm x 0.2mm; printed markings per specs; may be supplied in 1000m rolls option.
• Delivery to final destination within the Delivery Schedule (from contract signing).
• Mandatory documents: Tax Clearance, VAT Certificate, CR6/CR14 (directors), Certificate of Incorporation; samples or technical brochures; at least three client reference letters; completed Bid Submission Sheet; Bid Securing Declaration.
• Registration with Tel-One after downloading the tender; clarify queries by 21 July 2026.
• No more than one bid per bidder; disclose conflicts of interest; compliance with technical specs; traceable experience in a similar project.
• Financial: quotes in US$, include all relevant taxes/duties; price evaluation considers life-cycle costs and conduct, with a margin of preference as applicable.
• Special terms: 10% performance security; 12-month warranty; 0.5% weekly liquidated damages to 10% contract cap; 30-day payment terms.
