• Currency: bids quoted in US$; include VAT status as indicated.
• Delivery: 30 days from contract signing; delivery to Kana, Gokwe.
• Contract conditions: 10% performance security; 12-month warranty; liquidated damages 0.5%/week up to 10% contract value; insurance; right to inspect; price adjustments by agreement.
