Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of rugged tablets for TelOne Zimbabwe (25 units of Rugged Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro Enterprise Edition). Suitable for IT hardware suppliers and public-sector integrators with proven rugged-tablet experience, able to meet the technical specs, delivery within 10 working days, and to provide required certifications and references. Prices are in USD; delivery is to Zimbabwe with standard GCC terms.

Requirements

• Complete and sign the Bid Submission Sheet, Statement of Requirements, one reference letter, bid securing declaration, and provide samples/brochures (Tender Document).
• Provide current Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Certificate, CR6/14, and Certificate of Incorporation (or equivalent).
• Bid validity: 60 days; only one bid per bidder (no collusion or multiple bids).
• Technical compliance with Annex D specifications (Rugged Samsung Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro Enterprise Edition) for 25 tablets; origin of goods as eligible; currency in USD.
• Delivery: 10 working days from contract signing; delivery terms per Delivery Schedule.
• Price: include all applicable taxes, duties, and Incoterms as specified; submit Price Schedule.
• Performance security: 10% of contract price; warranty: 12 months; LD for delays: 0.5%/week up to 10%.

• Bid opening: witnessed via Google Meet (link request via procurement@telone.co.zw).
