CBTD 91-26 FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CEO’S END OF YEAR PROMOTIONAL GIFTS

Overview

Supply and delivery of promotional materials and CEO’s end-of-year gifts for TelOne Zimbabwe. Bidders must have legal capacity to contract, be in good standing with tax and social security in Zimbabwe, not be insolvent or debarred, and not have conflicts of interest with the Procuring Entity; registration with TelOne is required to bid.

Requirements

• Technical/commercial: bids must meet technical specifications; USD pricing; delivery and payment terms; prices must include duties, taxes, and any agent mark-up.
• Compliance: sealed envelope submission; 1 original + 2 copies; late bids rejected; origin of goods per contract; bid responses to queries shared with registered bidders.
• Delivery/contract terms: delivery lead times (e.g., 14 days per Annex; 12-month warranty; 10% performance security; 0.5% weekly liquidated damages up to 10% contract value; 30-day payment terms).
