CBTD 93-26 FOR TCFL ABLUTIONS REFURBISHMENTS

Overview

The procurement is for TCFL ablutions refurbishment at TelOne Zimbabwe, covering the supply, demolition, plumbing, tiling and finishing works for a conference room ablution and two public ablutions. Contractors with building refurbishment capability across demolition, brickwork, plumbing, tiling, carpentry and finishing trades, and with compliance to Zimbabwe tax and incorporation requirements, are invited to bid.

Requirements

• legal capacity to contract; not insolvent, in receivership, bankrupt or debarred
• comply with Zimbabwe tax and social security contributions; provide Current Tax Clearance
• no conflict of interest; not debarred from public procurement
• VAT status to be confirmed; provide CR6 showing directors; Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent
• at least three written reference letters for related services
• delivery period: 30 days from contract signing (Delivery Schedule, Part 2) (Tender Document)
• 10% performance security; 12-month warranty; delivery insurance; inspections and tests rights
