Overview

Procurement of fumigation and baiting services for TelOne Zimbabwe sites across six regional lots. This is an Open Tender (CBTD47-2026) inviting bids from qualified providers with relevant references, tax clearances, and track record in similar services (six lots: Lot 1 Harare, Lot 2 South Western, Lot 3 Mat North, Lot 4 Mashonaland, Lot 5 Eastern, Lot 6 Midlands). Requirements

• Completed Bid Submission Sheet (Annex A) and Statement of Requirements (Part 2) (Tender Document).
• Bid validity: 60 days.
• At least three reference letters for supply of related services.
• Bid securing declaration (Annex F); identity and authority for signatory.
• Legal/commercial documents: Current Tax Clearance Certificate, CR6 showing directors, Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent.
• VAT status confirmation; address any non-compliance.
• No outstanding deliveries for similar requirements; no conflicts of interest; eligible to participate.
• Technical: must fully comply with Technical Specification (Annex D); 12-month warranty; 10% performance security; 30-day payment terms; price adjustments by agreement.
• Delivery: 21 days from contract signing (Delivery Schedule, Annex C).
• Service origin: from eligible country as per contract.
• Compliance with integrity: anti-corruption provisions.
