Requirements

• A professional land surveyor registered with the relevant body.
• A registered professional town and regional planner.
• Bidders must use the bid documentation issued by Cederberg Municipality.
• Payment of a non-refundable tender deposit of R1140 (VAT inclusive) with proof of payment.
• Bids to be deposited in the Tender Box in sealed envelopes, endorsed with the tender number.
• Fully completed tender documents to be submitted by 12:00 on 8 September 2026.
• The Municipality may withdraw/re-advertise/reject any tender or part, and is not bound to the lowest or any tender.

• Pay the non-refundable deposit of R1140 into Standard Bank, Branch 05-0106, Account 082 163 324; use reference “CED 04/2026-2027 – Company Name” and provide proof of payment when collecting documents.
• Submit fully completed tender documents in a sealed envelope, endorsed with the tender number, to the Tender Box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam by 12:00 on 8 September 2026.
