Requirements

• CIDB grading of 2GB or higher, with valid proof.
• Compulsory site clarification meeting on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at 10:00 (Traffic Department, Hospital Street, Clanwilliam).
• Non-refundable tender deposit of R1140.00 (VAT inclusive); pay into Standard Bank, Branch 05-0106, Account 082 163 324; reference CED 05/2026-2027 – Company Name; provide proof of payment when collecting documents.
• Tender documents obtainable from 07 August 2026 at the Cederberg Municipality reception or from Anneke Januarie (027 482 8000, annekej@cederberg.gov.za) upon payment of the tender participation fee.
• Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes endorsed with the tender number and deposited in the Tender Box at the Municipal offices; fully completed tender documents must be placed in the box by 12:00 on Monday, 31 August 2026.
• The Municipality may withdraw, re-advertise, reject tenders, or accept part of a tender and is not bound to the lowest or any tender.

How to Apply

• Pay the non-refundable tender deposit of R1140.00 and bring proof of payment when collecting documents.
• Attend the compulsory site clarification meeting on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at 10:00.
• Prepare and submit fully completed tender documents in a sealed envelope, endorsed with the tender number, to the Tender Box by 12:00 on 31 August 2026 (address: 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam).
