Supply and delivery of tissue paper products to Cederberg Municipality for a multi-year period ending 30 June 2029. Open Tender for a municipal multi-year supply contract. Bidders should be capable suppliers of tissue paper products able to service a local government client (Clanwilliam, SA).

Requirements

• Tender documents are obtainable from 28 August 2026 at the Cederberg Municipality reception or from Anneke Januarie (027 482 8000; annekej@cederberg.gov.za) upon payment. (CED 12/2026-2027)
• Non-refundable tender deposit of R1140.00 (VAT inclusive) payable to the municipality’s Standard Bank account; reference: “CED 12/2026-2027 – Company Name”; proof of payment required when collecting documents.
• Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes, endorsed with the tender number and title, deposited in the Tender Box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam.
• Fully completed tender documents must be placed in the tender box by 12:00 on 30 September 2026.
• Bids may only be submitted on bid documentation issued by Cederberg Municipality; the Municipality may withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept part of it.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the municipality reception or from Ms Anneke Januarie; (CED 12/2026-2027).
• Pay the non-refundable deposit of R1140.00 into the specified Standard Bank account; provide proof of payment when collecting documents.
• Collect and complete the tender documents in English, then place the fully completed documents in a sealed envelope.
• Submit by placing the envelope in the Tender Box at the Cederberg Municipality Main Building, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, no later than 12:00 on 30 September 2026.
