Overview

The procurement is for the supply, delivery and off-loading of cleaning materials and equipment to Cederberg Municipality for a multi-year period ending 30 June 2029. Open tender inviting suppliers of cleaning materials and equipment capable of multi-year municipal supply and on-site off-loading.

Requirements

• Non-refundable tender deposit of R1140 (VAT inclusive) required; payment into Standard Bank (Branch 05-0106, Account 082 163 324) with reference “CED 13/2026-2027 – Company Name”; proof of payment needed to collect documents.
• Tender documents and participation fee obtainable from 28 August 2026 at the Municipality reception or from Anneke Januarie (027 482 8000, annekej@cederberg.gov.za). (CED 13/2026-2027 document)
• Fully completed tender documents must be placed in a sealed envelope, endorsed with the tender number and title, and deposited in the Tender Box at 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam. Bids may only be submitted on documents issued by the Municipality.
• Closing deadline: 12:00 on 30 September 2026. The Municipality reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender or accept part of it; is not bound to the lowest or any bid.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from 28 August 2026 at the Cederberg Municipality reception (2A Voortrekker Street) or from Anneke Januarie; pay the tender participation fee. (CED 13/2026-2027 document)
• Pay the non-refundable deposit of R1140 into the Standard Bank account above; retain proof of payment for documents collection.
• Complete and submit all tender documents in a sealed envelope, clearly endorsed with the tender number and title, to the Tender Box at the Main Building, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam, by 12:00 on 30 September 2026.
