Provision of professional engineering services for various municipal projects over a multi-year period ending 30 June 2029; open to professional engineering firms capable of delivering municipal engineering services.

Requirements

• Non-refundable tender participation fee of R1101.00 (VAT inclusive) payable to Standard Bank, account 082163324, branch 050106; reference: CED 36/2025-2026 – Company Name. Proof of payment required to request/collect documents. (see attached document)
• Compulsory clarification meeting on 09 July 2026 at 11:00 at Cederberg Municipal Offices, Clanwilliam; attendance by a duly authorised representative is mandatory; non-attendance leads to disqualification. (see attached document)
• Submissions must be in sealed envelopes clearly endorsed with the tender number and deposited in the Tender Box at the Main Building, 2A Voortrekker Street, Clanwilliam. (see attached document)
• Bids must be submitted on the official bid documentation issued by Cederberg Municipality; closing date 27 July 2026 at 12:00; late submissions will not be accepted; bids opened immediately after in the Supply Chain Management Committee Room. (see attached document)
• Availability of tender documents from 26 June 2026; documents may be collected at reception or requested via email; documents provided electronically upon proof of payment. (see attached document)
• The Municipality may withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept a part thereof; not bound to accept the lowest tender. (see attached document)
