Overview

CENTLEC invites service providers to design, supply, implement, integrate, commission, train, support and maintain the CENTLEC Intelligent Operational Centre (IOC) and Digital Platforms for Multiple Services for 36 months. The bid targets ICT/system integration specialists capable of delivering an IOC, digital services platforms and related training and support.

Requirements

• Tax compliance verification PIN (on SARS letterhead); JV pins for all parties if a joint venture; JV agreement if applicable.
• Municipal services clearance or lease agreement with current rates bill (or current account not more than 90 days) for bidder and, if applicable, the landlord statement.
• All compulsory MBD forms completed and signed.
• Original BBBEE Verification Certificate (or valid copy); if JV, consolidated BBBEE certificate.
• Registration on the National Treasury Centralised Suppliers Database with a registration summary.
• Quote on all items in the pricing schedule; complete and adhere to all specification items.
• Documents neatly bound (ring-binded), indexed, and page-numbered.
• Bid validity period of 120 days from closing date.
• CIDB/Professional body registration where applicable (document indicates CIDB/Govt requirements as shown in the minimum requirements; some fields show N/A).
• Specified goals for preferential points: 50% Black-owned (5 points), 50% Women-owned (2.5), 50% Youth-owned <35 (2.5); total 10 points.
