Requirements

• CIDB: main contractor minimum Grade 5CE (higher as specified); CIDB grading proof to be provided per tender rules.
• Returnables: Annexure A (Authorisation), Annexure B (Acknowledgement), Annexure C (Tenderer’s particulars), Annexure D (Integrity Declaration), Annexure E Local Content Declaration, SBD 1, SBD 6.1/6.2 (PPPFA), and JV documents if applicable.
• Tax: Tax Clearance Certificates for local/foreign tenderers; SARS PIN/CSD verification as applicable.
• Local Content/Enterprise Development: compliance with SBD 6.x; adherence to 30% subcontracting and 5% indirect targeting (per CIDB standards).
• Environmental and safety: full compliance with EMPr; appointment of Contractor Environmental Officer; site documentation and monitoring requirements.
• Documents: electronic tender in PDF with price list in PDF and Excel; compatibility with 500 MB per document and up to 4 GB total.
