Overview

The Drakenstein Municipality invites bids for a Centralised Customer Relations Management database and system. Bidders with IT systems integration, CRM platform deployment, database design/migration, and municipal ICT implementation experience should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Must be registered on Drakenstein Municipality’s supplier database.
• Comply with tax requirements per MBD 1 (Part B).
• Functionality: minimum 70% score to qualify for further evaluation under the 80/20 preference system.
• Submit on the bid documentation provided; bids sealed and marked with the bid number.
• Tender validity: minimum 120 days after closing.
• Attend the compulsory clarification meeting (in person or virtual); non-attendance disqualifies.
• Submit to Tender Box 1 in the Civic Centre (opening in public).
• Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (80/20) apply.
