Overview

This RFQ procures the installation, maintenance, and removal of Christmas decorations across nine ACSA airports for the 2026/27 festive season, inviting suitably experienced service providers in event décor installation, health and safety, and multi-site logistics to bid.

Requirements

• Scope: installation, ongoing maintenance during the display, removal, waste disposal, stock audit, and provision of all necessary equipment (lifts/tools).
• Campaign deliverables: develop a Christmas campaign concept for all nine airports and provide a closeout report with ROI metrics.
• Health, safety, and security: strict adherence to OHS Act (85 of 1993), ACSA OHS specs, Health & Safety File, SAPS vetting for personnel, and compliance with airport security requirements.
• Permits and logistics: obtain all permits for personnel and vehicles (permit costs must be included in the budget); coordinate parking and storage; work hours per site (e.g., OR Tambo restrictions).
• Site coverage: manage installations across nine airports with capacity for simultaneous site work.
• Returnable documents: complete SBD 3.3 priced offer, Declaration of Interest, SBD 4, COIDA, SBD 6.1, Health & Safety Pack, BBBEE/other goals, CSD or Tax PIN if required.
• Pricing and validity: pricing must be in the official Pricing Schedule; prices valid for 120 business days.

• Pre-qualifications: SARS Tax PIN/TCS, CSD registration if no TCS, and all security vetting where applicable.
