CLEANING AND REFUSE REMOVAL IN MALUTI is being procured by Matatiele Local Municipality. • Minimum functionality threshold: 90 points to proceed; Functionality 100 points; 80/20 evaluation thereafter
• Functionality scoring: Fleet 25, Previous Company Experience 25, Personnel Experience 25, IMWSA registration 25
• Preference points: Ownership by HDI, Youth (14–35) ownership, Women, Disability, Rural Enterprises (verification documents required)
