Procurement of cleaning of storm-water pipes over a 12-month period for Matatiele Local Municipality; open to bidders with SA procurement compliance, requiring tax clearance, CSD registration and completion of mandatory MBD forms. Requirements

• Tax clearance certificate (original) or SARS Tax Compliance status/PIN
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• CIDB registration/certificate (where applicable)
• Complete and sign mandatory MBD forms: MBD 3.3, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8 and MBD 9 (with annexures)
• Schedule A (confirmation of CSD registration) and Schedule B (past experience)
• Prices inclusive of VAT; joint ventures require a signed JV agreement
• Authority to Sign and proof of VAT registration (if applicable)
• CIDB/MBD forms as specified in tender documents
