Overview

Cleaning services for SAMSA Mossel Bay Office for three years, including routine cleaning, pest control, and a one-off boxes relocation. SAMSA invites bids from experienced cleaning service providers with proven office-cleaning capability, ability to supply/maintain cleaning equipment and consumables, and compliance with tax and safety requirements. A mandatory briefing is scheduled.

Requirements

• Demonstrated office cleaning experience with three reference letters (not older than 3 years).
• COIDA certificate/Letter of Good Standing valid at closing.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD number; where applicable, separate PIN/CSD for consortium members.
• Submission on official forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and inclusion of pricing documentation; prior signing of SBD7 may be required for long-term contracts.
• CK1 registration (CIPC) and VAT registration where applicable; proof of address.
• Ability to supply and maintain cleaning equipment and consumables; comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Pricing must cover: Office cleaning (3 years) and the one-off removal of boxes (once-off) per attached pricing tables.

• Briefing session: 18 June 2026 at 11:00, Room 109 Plaza Aquda, Marsh St, Mossel Bay (mandatory) (RFQ document).
• Additional notes: Pricing must be inclusive of VAT; pricing tables for Cleaning/Pest Control (3 years) and the one-off removal of boxes are included in the attached pricing annexures (RFQ document). The contract may require SBD7 signing for long-term arrangements.
