CLOSED QUOTATION: RFQ 94220 THE UPGRADE OF WALKWAY AND KERBS IN HESSEQUA MUNICIPALITY (LABOUR ONLY)

Overview

Labour-only contract for upgrading a walkway and kerbs in Hessequa Municipality (Riversdale), with materials supplied by the municipality. The works cover Mitchell Street and Barry Street; the contractor provides all labour, supervision, PPE, and equipment, while the municipality supplies construction materials. Bidders should have at least 1 year of proven paving/kerbing/walkway experience, provide at least two references from the last five years, and demonstrate available labour resources and equipment. They must be tax compliant (Tax Compliance PIN/Certificate or CSD registration) and be registered on the Central Supplier Database where applicable. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in paving, kerbing, walkway construction or similar civil works
• At least two contactable references from the last five years
• Demonstrate labour resources, supervision, tools and equipment
• Tax compliance: Tax Compliance PIN/Certificate or proof of CSD registration; SARS considerations
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) where applicable
• Complete and sign required bid documentation (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and related declarations
• B-BBEE status verification (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs) and proof of locality for preference points
• Site briefing attendance is mandatory for shortlisted bidders
