Overview

The supply and delivery of hot mix asphalt for Hessequa Municipality. Formal quotation RFQ 94574 targets asphalt/construction suppliers able to supply 90 tonnes of medium continuously graded HOT asphalt (80/100 Pen-Bitumen) within 100 km of Riversdale, and to meet local BBBEE/locality criteria under the 80/20 rules.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and Tax Compliance Status PIN/Certificate (foreign bidders must complete Part B3).
• Evidence of municipal accounts and signatory authority; tax clearance documentation; and, if applicable, separate Tax Compliance Status for each JV/consortium member.
• Bidders must be within 100 km of Riversdale and able to supply the specified hot mix asphalt (90 tonnes) at the indicated delivery address.
• Complete and sign all mandatory bid documents (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and submit the Pricing Schedule; prices must be VAT inclusive.
• Adhere to Preferential Procurement Regulations (80/20), with BBBEE and locality scoring; comply with GCC/SCC and MFMA-related conditions.
