Overview

The supply and delivery of a heavy‑duty diesel‑driven water sludge pump (trash & sludge pump) for Hessequa Municipality. Bidders should have experience supplying municipal pumping equipment, be registered on the Central Supplier Database, and provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN/Certificate and BBBEE documentation; locality preferences apply.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration
• SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN and Tax Clearance Certificate
• BBBEE documentation (BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs)
• Proof of locality eligibility to claim locality points (Headquarters/branch in Hessequa/Garden Route/Western Cape)
• Completion and submission of mandatory bid documents (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and acceptance of GCC/SCC; delivery terms and pricing schedules as in the RFQ document
