Overview

CCMA seeks proposals to supply, implement, support, maintain, train for, and license a cloud-based IT Service Management (ITSM) SaaS platform, aligned to ITIL, for 24 months (01 Sep 2026–31 Aug 2028) within South Africa. Requirements

• ITIL-certified ITSM SaaS solution, delivered in SA; 24-month engagement; hosted as SaaS.
• Deliverables include implemented ITSM solution, configured ITIL processes, CMDB, knowledge base, user portal, training and documentation, ongoing support/maintenance.
• Compliance and documentation: ITIL certification proof; proof of ownership for preferential points (CIPC founding docs, owner IDs, etc); data ownership with export/migration at contract termination; POPIA/privacy alignment; complete pricing appendix with Year 1 and Year 2, including taxes.
• Functional scope covers ITIL practices: Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change Enablement, Service Level, Knowledge, Configuration/Asset, Availability, Capacity, IT Service Continuity, Information Security, Release, Event Management; plus AD integration, reporting/analytics, virtual training, data ownership.
• Evaluation: mandatory requirements; functionality (min 75/100); price (80/20); specific goals (BO/WO/YO/PWD). Minimum thresholds apply; references and HR capability required.
• Specific goals (preferential points): Black Ownership (BO) up to 8 points, Women (WO) up to 6, Youth (YO) up to 4, Persons with Disabilities (PWD) up to 2.
