Overview

Procurement of a Collaborative Innovation Country Delivery Partner for the C3 Country Lab Kenya to address the food systems–biodiversity–climate nexus. The RFP is part of the C3 Labs initiative led by UNDP and implemented with FAO, UNEP and Wageningen University & Research, with Kenya as the focus and government partners including the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry and KIPPRA. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering country-level collaborative innovation labs or similar multi-stakeholder initiatives addressing complex nexus challenges.
• Proven ability to work with UNDP, national government partners, and diverse stakeholders; strong partnership- and stakeholder-management skills.
• Robust program management, monitoring & evaluation, reporting, and risk management capabilities; ability to scale activities.
• Compliance with donor/UNDP procurement and financial rules, including transparent governance, financial stewardship, and ethical standards.
• Availability and capacity to mobilize the required team and resources within the project timeline.
