Overview

Procurement of Coltech Gloss Coated office paper (A4, A3, SRA3) in reams; 20 reams per item, delivered to Isibalo House, Salvokop, Pretoria. Open to suppliers of office paper with CSD registration, tax clearance, and BBBEE credentials.

Requirements

• Quotation referencing Annexure A with item details (RFQ.docx)
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and CSD Master number (MAAA)
• e-filing tax clearance certificate
• Completed SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest)
• Original or certified copies of: ID document, company registration (CIPC), BBBEE certificate
• VAT registration number (if VAT registered)
• Prices valid for duration of order; payment within 30 days of invoice
• Evidence for HDI points (if claimed): Black race, Women, Youth, Disability (with required documents; disability requires HPCSA medical certificate)
• May be requested to provide OEM product certification
• Quotations received after the closing date/time will not be accepted
