  • Fully completed SBD forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1)
  • Pricing schedule with firm prices (VAT where applicable)
  • 60-day price validity; 30-day payment terms
  • Commitment to terms of the GCC and contract if awarded
