Overview

This tender procures the supply and delivery of 48 core ADSS cable to TelOne Zimbabwe (CBTD66-26). Requirements

• Complete and sign all mandatory forms: Bid Submission Sheet, Statement of Requirements, 60-day tender validity, and Bid Securing Declaration; provide samples or technical brochures.
• Submit supporting documents: current Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Certificate (local suppliers), CR6/CR14, Certificate of Incorporation.
• Technical compliance: meet the Technical Specification for 48-core ADSS cable (G652D; 100,000 m total; delivery to TelOne Stores, Msasa; DDP incoterm).
• Eligibility and qualifications: legal capacity, no insolvency, taxes up to date, no conflicts of interest, not debarred; traceable experience in similar 48-core ADSS projects.
• Financial and commercial: USD prices with standard Schedule of Requirements; delivery schedule aligned; include lifecycle considerations and any required spares.
• Contract terms: 12-month warranty, 10% performance security, 30-day payment terms, liquidated damages for delay (0.5%/week up to 10%), inspection rights.
