Overview

Procurement of a contractor to repair and calibrate optical tools and test equipment for TelOne Zimbabwe. Bidders should be ICT/telecommunications service providers with calibration/repair capability and at least OEM authorization; must provide references for similar work, and demonstrate ability to deliver within 30 days of contract signing. Prices in USD; two-stage evaluation (preliminary, technical, financial) and strict ethics/debarment rules apply. A mandatory site visit is scheduled.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications: legal capacity to contract; not insolvent or under liquidation; tax/VAT compliance; no conflicts of interest; not debarred.
• Documentation: Bid Submission Sheet; Statement of Requirements; 60-day tender validity; at least one client reference for similar work; additional client letters; bid securing declaration; copies of Tax Clearance, VAT, CR6/CR14, Certificate of Incorporation; proof of OEM authorization.
• Technical: compliance with the Technical Specification Sheet; all items must meet specifications.
• Delivery: 30-day delivery after contract signing; delivery in USD with VAT as specified.
• Other: origin of goods from eligible countries; no more than one bid per bidder; mandatory site visit (28/07/2026 at 09:00, TelOne Main Exchange).
