Procurement of CAT 6 Molex indoor and outdoor cable for TelOne Zimbabwe, totaling 50,000m indoor and 50,000m outdoor, priced in USD including VAT. Requirements

• Completed and signed Bid Submission Sheet and Statement of Requirements
• Tender validity of 60 days
• Evidence of supplying goods to at least three companies (traceable reference letters) and at least three client reference letters
• Completed and signed bid securing declaration (Annex F)
• Samples or technical brochures
• Copies of Current Tax Clearance Certificate, Current VAT Certificate, CR6/CR14, and Certificate of Incorporation (or equivalent)
• Demonstrate no outstanding deliveries for similar requirements
• Proof of experience in a similar CAT 6 project
• Compliance with origin of goods and other eligibility criteria

How to Apply

• Obtain and read the Tender Document (Tender Document). Registration with TelOne is required after downloading (see contact emails).
• Prepare bid documents: Bid Submission Sheet, Statement of Requirements, Price Schedule, and related annexes; include VAT status and delivery schedule.
• Submit one original and two copies in a sealed envelope by 23 July 2026 at 11:00 Harare time to The PMU Executive, Tel-One, 8th Floor, Runhare House, Harare (hand delivery; not via fax/email for submission) (Tender Document).
• Clarifications may be requested by 21 July 2026; responses will be shared with registered bidders (Tender Document).
• Bid opening will be via Zoom on submission date; link requested from procurement@telone.co.zw (Tender Document).
• Note: A Bid Securing Declaration is required (Annex F), and a performance security of 10% may apply under the Special Conditions (Annex E). Delivery period is 14 days per item as per Part 3 Annex C (Tender Document).
