Overview

Supply and delivery of 10,000 Dead End Sets with fastening bracket and hooks. This is an Open Tender by TelOne Zimbabwe for telecom/electrical distribution hardware, to be delivered to Harare, Zimbabwe in USD.

Requirements

• Completed and signed Bid Submission Sheet; Statement of Requirements (Part 2); 60-day tender validity; traceable references from at least three client companies; at least three written reference letters; completed bid securing declaration (Annex F); samples or technical brochures; copies of Current Tax Clearance, VAT Certificate, CR6/CR14 showing directors, and Certificate of Incorporation.
• Compliance with Technical Specifications (Annex D) and overall eligibility: legal capacity, no insolvency, tax and social security compliance, no conflict of interest, not debarred.
• Price/schedule must include USD pricing, delivery to final destination, and applicable taxes; origin of goods from eligible countries.
• No more than one bid per bidder (or JV); bidders with outstanding deliveries for similar requirements may be disqualified.
• Special conditions: 10% performance security; 12-month warranty; 0.5% weekly liquidated damages up to 10%.
