Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of network equipment to TelOne Zimbabwe, including Indoor Access Points, 24-port PoE switches, 48-port PoE switches, 24-port optical switch, and a Cisco Router. Bidders should be IT hardware suppliers or network infrastructure integrators with ability to supply to clients and meet public procurement eligibility criteria (legal capacity to contract, not insolvent or debarred, tax and social security obligations fulfilled, no conflicts of interest, and compliance with technical and country-origin requirements).

Requirements

• Completed and signed Bid Submission Sheet (Part 1) and Statement of Requirements (Part 2)
• Validity period of tender: 60 days
• Provide goods to at least 3 companies with traceable reference letters
• At least three written client references for related goods
• Completed and signed bid securing declaration (Annex F)
• Submit samples or technical brochures
• Copies of: Current Tax Clearance Certificate, Current VAT Certificate, CR6 (or CR14) showing Directors, Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent
• No more than one bid; JV restrictions apply; origin of goods from eligible country; currency quoted in USD; pricing must align to Price Schedule
• Outstanding deliveries for similar requirements may lead to disqualification

How to Apply

• Clarifications must be requested in writing by 22 October 2026 to the addresses listed in the document; responses published to registered bidders (Tender Document)
• Submission deadline: 28 October 2026 at 11:00 hrs (Zim Time) by hand in a sealed envelope to The PMU Executive, Tel-One, 8th Floor, Runhare House, South Wing, 107 Kwame Nkrumah Ave, Harare, Zimbabwe (Tender Document). Include 1 original and 2 copies; mark envelope with Procurement Reference CBTD88-26.
• Documents to submit: Bid Submission Sheet, Statement of Requirements, 60-day tender validity, reference letters, bid securing declaration, samples/brochures, tax/VAT/CR6/CR14/Certificate of Incorporation (as applicable) (Tender Document).
• Delivery requirements: delivery period from contract signing as per Delivery Schedule in Part 3; goods to final destination per Part 2; designates USD for pricing (Part 2/Annex B).
