Overview

This tender is for the supply and delivery of Microduct Fibre Cables to TelOne Zimbabwe. Bidders should be experienced cable manufacturers or suppliers of telecom fibre cables, capable of delivering 96-core and 144-core microduct cables, providing samples/tech brochures, and supplying verifiable references and documents. Eligible entities must be able to contract, be in good standing with tax/social security, and meet mandatory qualifications.

Requirements

• Completed and signed Bid Submission Sheet and Statement of Requirements (Part 1–3). (see Tender Document)
• Bid validity of 60 days and one bid per bidder (no JV bids unless permitted).
• Minimum three client references with traceable letters for related goods; samples/technical brochures.
• Bid Securing Declaration (Annex F); current Tax Clearance Certificate; VAT Certificate; CR6/CR14 showing directors; Certificate of Incorporation.
• Proof of ability to supply goods and not have outstanding deliveries for similar requirements.
• Prices quoted in USD and delivery terms aligned with the Delivery Schedule; include all duties, taxes, and local charges.
• Origin of goods from an eligible country; compliance with technical specs; gender of contract awarded to lowest evaluated bid.

• Submission: hand-delivered in a sealed envelope to The PMU Executive, Tel-One, 8th Floor, Runhare House, South Wing, 107 Kwame Nkrumah Ave, Harare; include one original and two copies; mark with Procurement Reference CBTD90-26; late bids rejected; telecommunication submissions by fax/email not accepted beyond queries.
