• Technical/experience: minimum 5+ years in cleaning/landscaping; at least 3 trade references; equipment inventory and staff training certificates (e.g., 30+ certificates); physical bidder address; compliance with the technical specifications (Part 2).
• Pricing/competition: prices in US$ with specified currency split (50% local currency at prevailing rate and 50% USD); bid validity 90 days; no credit for exceeding technical specs; adherence to delivery schedule.
• Other: table of contents in bid; compliance with all mandatory requirements; tabled per-lot pricing; integrity and anti-corruption provisions.
