Compiling and Preparing Annual Financial Statements of 2026Closed

Overview

RFQ to appoint an accounting firm to prepare and compile the 2026 Annual Financial Statement for Vuselela TVET College, covering all campuses. Suitable bidders are accounting firms with GRAP and CaseWare experience, audit-support capabilities, and the capacity to service Taung, Jouberton, Matlosana, Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom, and Kitso–Botlhale campuses.

Requirements

• Experience with GRAP, CaseWare, fixed assets, and audit support; ability to produce an AFS and audit file compliant with requirements.
• Service delivery across all college campuses; clearly detail how all sites will be served.
• Relevant registrations and pre-qualifications: VAT registration or Tax Clearance/PIN; CSD number (preferred MAAA); proof of SAICA or other accounting body registration; BBBEE documentation if claiming preferences.
• Documentation: three reference letters, company profile, resolution/authority to bid, proof of lead individuals, CVs with qualifications, IDs, and proofs of registration; pricing schedule (inclusive of VAT) and project breakdown.
• Preference points: HDI, locality, 51% black-owned, women, and 40% youth ownership; provide supporting documentation as specified (CIPC, identity docs, BBBEE, leases, etc.).
• Pricing: fixed total price for 2026 AFS, valid for 91 days; all prices include VAT; pricing must be in Rand; disbursements (accommodation, travel, other) itemized in pricing schedule.
• On-site audit support and training: stay through the audit, assist with audit findings, and provide skills transfer (GRAP/CaseWare).
