How to Apply

• Obtain documents: from KeRRA website and PPIP/Tenders portals; free of charge (BLANK TENDER DOCUMENT...). If downloaded, send details to procurement HQ for clarifications (BLANK TENDER DOCUMENT...).
• Pre-tender/site visit: attend the mandatory site visit; obtain Pre-Tender Site Visit Certificate (LONG ADVERT).
• Prepare Tender: complete Form of Tender and Schedules (including priced BOQ), include Tender Security, JV agreement if applicable, and qualification documents (Section IV, IV forms).
• Submission: deliver a single sealed envelope containing ORIGINAL Tender and required copies to the Director General, KeRRA, Nairobi, by 14 October 2026 at 11:00 (BLANK TENDER DOCUMENT...); electronic submissions are not permitted.
• Clarifications/Addenda: submit questions by the deadline stated in the TDS; addenda issued as needed.
