Completion of SS Gida Hospital building works under an 18‑month contract. The project targets CIDB GB class of works (6GB PE / 7GB or higher) with JV options; lead partner must hold the appropriate grade. It involves hospital construction/renovation scope and requires experience in similar projects, plus CIDB and CSD registrations and tax clearance.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 6GB PE / 7GB or higher (or JV with lead partner meeting this grade)
• Joint ventures allowed under CIDB rules; lead partner must hold appropriate grade
• Subcontracting: ~30% to MSMEs (25% local MSMEs, 5% ICDP)
• Returnable documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, Project References, CVs, Bills of Quantities, etc. (from Tender Document)
• Registrations/clearances: CIDB, Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax clearance
• Compliance: POPIA consent, CIDB CRS/CRS numbers, VAT status where applicable
• Evaluation framework: Phase 1 Functionality (minimum threshold 60/100), Phase 2 Administrative, Phase 3 Price and Preference (80/20 PPPFA 2022)
• Other: adherence to JBCC Edition 6.3 (2024); OHS and health & safety specs; tender validity 120 days
