Overview

Procurement of Comprehensive Maintenance and Support for the Data Center Environment Monitoring System and Supply of Spare Parts under a 3-year Framework Contract for the Central Bank of Kenya. Eligible bidders should have proven experience in data center environment monitoring/DCIM systems, maintenance services, and spare-parts supply, with ability to commit to a three-year framework and meet Kenyan public-procurement requirements (conflict-free, compliant, and financially sound).

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications per Section III (no debarment, no conflicts of interest, JV allowed, foreign input rules if applicable).
• Foreign bidders must meet 40% Kenyan content; provide evidence in tender.
• Tax compliance: Kenyan bidders must show valid tax compliance certificate.
• Tender security: Kes 50,000 (format per document) valid for 170 days from tender opening.
• Prices in Kenya Shillings, net of taxes; tender validity 140 days from closing date.
• Conformity to technical specifications in Section VII; complete forms (Form of Tender, etc.) and required Annexes; disclosure and ethics/anti-corruption declarations.
• Submission is non-electronic; physical delivery only (Green Tender Box No. 3, CBK Head Office, Haile Selassie Ave, Nairobi).
