Compressive Diagnostic Assessment of Three TugsClosed

Overview

SA Airways Technical (SAAT) seeks a qualified service provider to perform a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of three aircraft tugs (TLD TMX 650 Tug 12; Goldhofer Bison Tug 14; Goldhofer Bison Tug 15). Bidders should have experience in OEM-grade diagnostics, use OEM-approved equipment, and deliver detailed results plus separate repair quotations if needed. The works will be executed under a Purchase Order process, with results to support OEM-aligned maintenance decisions.

Requirements

• Conduct a comprehensive diagnostic assessment on three tugs per OEM requirements; report faults, causes, and recommended actions; provide a separate quotation for repairs.
• Use OEM-approved or OEM-compatible diagnostic equipment and procedures.
• Provide a diagnostic report for each tug and a separate quotation for any repairs.
• Lead times must be specified; units may require minimum 12 months warranty on serviced items; certificates of conformance after calibration.
• All purchases via Official Purchase Order; no delivery before PO.
• Price(s) exclusive of VAT; VAT shown separately; no price variation during the 90-day validity.
• Provide BBBEE certificate or affidavit and Tax Compliance Status PIN (local suppliers); SBD1 and SBD4 forms as required.
• Submissions must disclose conflicts of interest and comply with due diligence provisions; informed parties may be disqualified for impropriety.
