Overview

** RFQ to perform removal, cleaning, inspection and reinstallation of the separator tank and oil coolers for Atlas Copco GA 160 VSD compressor, plus a 4000-hour service.** Bidders with at least 5 years’ experience servicing Atlas Copco or equivalent industrial screw compressors, a track record of similar projects, and strong safety and compliance credentials should bid.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years' experience servicing Atlas Copco or equivalent industrial screw compressors.
• At least three (3) completed similar projects in the last five years with references.
• Detailed Method Statement covering isolation, LOTO, separator removal/ Cleaning, cooler cleaning, inspection, testing, commissioning, housekeeping.
• Safety compliance: COIDA Letter of Good Standing, Safety File, Risk Assessment, SHE Plan, and OHS Act compliance.
• PPPFA/SARS tax clearance, CSD registration, and BBBEE as applicable; submission of Annexure A and Annexure B (SBD4).

• Documents to submit: Annexure A (Scope of Work and Price on company letterhead) and Annexure B (Declaration of Interest, SBD4) per the attached SBD4 form (Updated SBD 4 (2022-04-05)...) and Annexure A/B in the RFQ package.
• Pre-qualifications: SARS Tax Clearance, CSD registration, BBBEE status as applicable (non-compliance may lead to exclusion).
• Deliverables on completion: Service report, inspection findings, list of defects, repair/replacement recommendations, before/after photos, pressure/leak test results (Annexure A scope details).
