Overview

Procurement of computer lifecycle management, tracking and recovery services for a period of three years. Accredited IT service providers with capabilities in asset lifecycle management, tracking, and data recovery should bid, in line with PPPFA/government procurement rules.

Requirements

• Complete and submit all MBD forms (MBD1–MBD9) and Annexures A–F, plus the Pricing Schedule.
• Submit any joint-venture/consortium agreements as applicable; all partners must provide required documents.
• CIDB: no grading requirement indicated for this tender (CIDB: N/A).
• If the contract value exceeds R10 million, sign MBD5 and provide financial disclosures (past three years or company’s establishment since).
• Provide latest municipal rates statement, lease agreement if leased, and proof of tax clearance.
• Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with SCM number and project name; late, incomplete, or non-compliant submissions will be rejected.
• Preferential procurement under PPPFA with Stage 1 compliance and Stage 2 functionality (minimum 70/100 to proceed).
