Overview

Procurement of computer spares (RAM, CPUs, PSU, SSD, and GPU) for the State Security Agency. Suitable bidders are hardware suppliers with IT components experience and proven compliance capabilities (tax clearance, CSD registration, and B-BBEE status). Requirements

• Submit on official bid forms; do not re-type (SBD7).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or TCS certificate; where applicable, CSD number if no TCS.
• CSD registration number required; if applicable, provide separate TCS for each consortium member.
• B-BBEE: submit valid B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit.
• SBD 4 (Bidders Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 must be completed and submitted.
• Certificate of good standing with Workman’s Compensation Fund and Health and Safety file (where applicable).
• Bid validity (30 days) and delivery period to be indicated.
• Payment terms: 30 days on receipt of original invoice; prices include VAT.
• Confirm strictly to specifications.
