Overview

Conducting ICT audits on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of thirty-six (36) months. Open to qualified audit firms with ICT audit capabilities; structured as a two-envelope RFP (80/20 evaluation) under MKLM SCM Policy and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (Tender number 020/MKLM/2025/2026). Compulsory briefing is required.

Requirements

• Evaluation: 80/20; two-envelope system (Technical, then Financial) per the RFP.
• Compliance: MKLM SCM Policy and Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.
• Eligibility: Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration; company directors must not be in-state employment.
• Documentation: Bid must be bound with attachments; sealed envelopes clearly labelled; no fax or email submissions; municipal rates and taxes statement from bidder’s municipality.
• Validity: Bids remain valid for 90 days after the closing date.
• Submission specifics: Bids deposited in the tender box at Moses Kotane Local Municipality Civic Centre, Rates Hall, Stand Number 933, Station Road, Mogwase 0314; late or non-compliant bids not accepted.
• Procurement conditions: Selling price of bid documents and compulsory briefing details apply (see attached document for exact terms).
